My mother was from Berlin, Germany. Her name, Ingeborg Ernestine Kastler. She was born 1939. She had two brothers, and she is a twin, and has a sister. I think that you father's name was Willie Kastler. |

I am from France and i am looking for any information about my grand father - Charles Muller born in Belmont Alsace France in 1884- who lived in the United States between 1911 and probably 1928 (after he return back in France).
He arrived in feb 1911 with his brother Henri and he declared at Ellis Island going to Woolstock joint his Aunt Louise Kastler (Marchal).
The purpose of this message is to find any information about my grandfather when he lived in USA, i have meet him in France but i was only 12 years old when hedied and we never told together about that.
If by chance you have any things ... (where i lived, his work ...)

Hello,
I Have seen in the website kaslter.net with great interest that you have created genealogy tree including my name.
I understand this information was given to you by my cousin Evelyne.
Now you may be interested to add a few information concerning my grand children as such:
Fabrice, my eldest son was married to Corinne Delmas and then divorced and re married to Nathalie Plouvier. Fabrice had a first son Jeremie who died as an early child and his second son Matthias is now aged 16. He had a son who diued of a heart misfunction at the age of 6 days and his new wife Nathalie is expecting twins.
My second daughter Isabelle has now two children from his companion Bertrand Martory with the names of Arthur (aged 9) and Juliette.(aged 6).
My daughter Catherine has two daughters from her companion Angel Carreras with the names of Kim (aged 5) and Kylie (aged 3).
Should you need more information on my broithers and sisters children and grand children, I may suggest that you contact my brother in law Pierre Degeorge who is our family specialist in genealogy.

You have a very impressive site. I have trouble just keeping my garage organized, let alone organizing several generations of a family tree. My 14 year old son Alec is doing a family tree project for his English class, and your site has been helpful. However, there appears to be a few new branches of the tree missing on the Pope side. Am 31.10.2009 haben wir - die Familie Kastler aus Hohenstein / Strausberg (Land Brandenburg ) ein Familientreffen. Insgesamt zählt unsere Familie 120 Personen. Mit 95 werden wir zusammen sicher einen schönen Tag ver-
bringen, auf den wir uns schon alle freuen.
Viele kennen sich gar nicht, so dass es noch alles viel spannender wird.

I am not completely sure if we fit into this line or not. My grandfather did a lot of geneology and our relatives come from Switzerland. I don't have time right thim minute to do the extensive research, but my cousin has most of the line on his computer. I am trying to figure out where the spelling of Kastler and Kasteler fit into the picture. I would like to continue to explore this and perhaps attend the reunion in June if we are indeed linked up. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah. Thanks for your help.

Congratulation for the site.
Here's some fresh data about young members of the westhoffen family. I am already identified on the family tree as one of Alfred Kastler's grand daughters. My father is his second son, Claude. I was born on march 5th 1971.
I have three children :
- Ninon MOREAU--KASTLER (october 12 1995),
- Rosalie MOREAU--KASTLER (june 22 1999)
- Armand MOREAU--KASTLER (september 1st 2006).
Tomorrow, Armand will be two month old. A very young kastler !

I am the great-granddaughter of Julia (Iulia) Kastler-Gregory who was born in the Oklahoma Territory in the 1800's. She was one of the last of the 12 siblings born. I am going to germany in the fall of 2007 and I would appreciate getting in touch with some family. |

ich wohne in Oberbayern und wir sind die einzigen Kastlers weit u. breit. Die Mutter meines Vaters stammt aus dem Raum Mindelheim und ich kenne niemanden von dieser Seite, da mein Vater (geb. 1933) in einer Pflegefamilie aufgewachsen ist.
